Catharina Haywood
I am a mental health professional with NHS experience since 2011, supporting people across the lifespan, with a particular focus on adults experiencing complex psychological difficulties. I have extensive experience working with severe and enduring mental health conditions, including psychosis, PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and borderline personality disorder, as well as physical health-related difficulties such as medically unexplained symptoms. I have a special interest in trauma and PTSD, and I support clients with a range of concerns including anxiety, OCD, dissociation, grief, low self-esteem, emotional difficulties, stress, attachment issues, and overwhelming thoughts or feelings. My approach is compassionate and tailored to each person, helping clients develop understanding, coping strategies, and meaningful change.
