I offer face to face & Online, EMDR and supervision to adults and children (16+ yrs). Face to face appointments are held at rooms in Fareham. I have completed 7000+ hours counselling since completing a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Person Centered Counselling in 2009. I have worked with clients on their journeys who are experiencing bereavement, depression, eating disorders, self confidence worries, sexuality, self image issues, trauma, rape & sexual assault etc….I have an interest in Trauma Counselling which is an area where I have completed much of my client hours, working with victims/survivors of rape and sexual abuse, domestic abuse & also emergency service workers.
