I am a senior clinical psychologist specialising in adult mental health, with over 20 years of experience working in the NHS with a wide range of mental health difficulties. I am passionate about supporting clients to achieve their mental health goals through the delivery of evidence-based psychological therapy, enabling them to make meaningful and purposeful changes and lead more fulfilling lives. I provide a safe, compassionate and supportive environment where you can explore your difficulties, one that prioritises your needs and ensures that you feel heard, valued and understood.
