I am a UK/Europe EMDR Consultant and integrate EMDR with approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy to provide tailored support for each individual. I have particular expertise in trauma, PTSD, perinatal mental health, including infertility and birth-related trauma, post partum challenges as well as anxiety, depression, bereavement, addiction and relationship difficulties. My aim is to provide a compassionate, thoughtful and evidence-based therapeutic space where people can better understand their experiences and work towards meaningful change.
