Lawrence Howells

Simply Psychology Ltd is an expert provider of Clinical Psychology therapy services, including CBT, CAT and EMDR based in Norwich, Norfolk. Clinical work is undertaken by Dr Lawrence Howells, who is a Clinical Psychologist with a range of therapy experience and qualifications, including in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). He has a wealth of therapy experience working with a wide variety of presenting problems and uses this experience to tailor his approach to meet the needs of each individual. He brings decades of experience of clinical psychology therapy practice, a detailed knowledge of evidence and approaches from his teaching career, and a warmth and calm that thousands of clients and families have valued over the years. He is accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Psychological Society (BPS), British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), the Association for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT), and EMDR Europe. He has written two books: Understanding Your 7 Emotions and a CBT treatment manual, for work with adolescents and young adults. The majority of therapy work is undertaken at Willow Lane House in Norwich, Norfolk. It is a pleasant environment, easy to get to by public transport, and parking is available. The room is on the second floor, accessible via a staircase with handrails.
