I am an EMDR Accredited Consultant and Registered Mental Health Nurse with extensive training and experience in supporting adults with psychological difficulties. My qualifications include an MSc in Psychoanalytical Approaches to Mental Health, postgraduate training in CBT, and a postgraduate diploma in Addiction Studies. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to provide compassionate, personalised support, helping people process difficult experiences, understand themselves more deeply, and work towards positive change.
