I am an EMDR UK & Ireland Accredited Practitioner and Clinical Social Worker, supporting adults and adolescents through trauma-focused therapy. I use EMDR to help clients process distressing experiences, develop a greater understanding of themselves, and work towards positive change. I offer therapy from locations in Hove and Worthing, as well as providing a safe and supportive space tailored to each client's individual needs.
