I am a CBT and EMDR therapist, ADHD assessor and BPS and BABCP accredited practitioner with extensive experience providing specialist psychological support. I have worked within NHS specialist psychotherapy services and private healthcare, supporting people with PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, body dysmorphia, stress and other complex mental health difficulties. I also have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as supporting people with health-related concerns including dental anxiety and chronic conditions. My approach is evidence-based and compassionate, helping clients understand their difficulties, develop effective coping strategies and work towards meaningful change.
