Wayne has over 27 years’ experience of working in the military and public sectors, dealing with critical and traumatic incidents. He is an Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) Accredited Practitioner able to deliver both the Recent Traumatic Episode Protocol (R-TEP) and the Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP), two specialist EMDR interventions designed to support people following traumatic experiences. He is an Accredited Professional member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and an Accredited Practitioner with the EMDR Association UK.
