People don’t grow up aspiring to be therapists; life often guides them there. My experiences have shaped my ability to help others, providing support and understanding. Working with diverse backgrounds has helped me learn and grow. Since qualifying as a therapist in 2002, I have continually sought knowledge. I have 20 years of experience helping clients with various issues in voluntary, community, corporate, clinical, and private settings. My roles include Clinical Lead, Safeguarding Lead, Head of Psychological Services, and Clinical Services Manager, with numerous case evaluations, psychological profiles, and treatment plans. I am also a Suicide Prevention Trainer and Bupa-certified therapist, working with ambulance, fire, rescue, police services, and delivering intersectional therapy for South Asian and other minority groups in the UK.
