Zeynep Zat

I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Trainer and Consultant with extensive experience delivering EMDR therapy, training, and supervision across a variety of clinical and humanitarian settings. My work has included supporting people affected by complex trauma, including in refugee camps, and contributing to research into the use of EMDR for conditions such as fibromyalgia. I combine evidence-based practice with practical experience to provide high-quality, effective support, and I am committed to helping clients recover from the impact of trauma. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and informed by both clinical expertise and a longstanding commitment to the wider EMDR community.
