Bernadette Fahy

I am an EMDR Europe Practitioner with a background in social work and integrative counselling, and I work with adults, adolescents, and older adults across a range of life stages. My practice is informed by additional training in therapeutic work with children and young people, which deepens my understanding of how trauma presents at different ages. I offer sessions both in person and online, and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, whether you are dealing with recent distress or long-standing difficulties. Above all, I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where you can process your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
