I work for the NHS as a Senior CBT and EMDR Therapist, accredited with BABCP and the EMDR Association UK & Ireland. Trained by top experts, I offer private therapy in Bromley, Kent, for depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, OCD, social anxiety, bereavement, phobias, and anger management. I also provide Behavioral Couple Therapy, trained by Prof. Don Baucom. Certified in level 3 EMDR, I supervise BABCP-credited CBT therapists. I authored two CBT books: 'CBT for Career Success' and 'Motivational Career Counselling and Coaching.' Fees: £90/hour for individual therapy and supervision, £120/hour for couples. I accept BUPA, AXA PPP, AVIVA, Nuffield, CIGNA, Innovate, and Medicase.
